Starface is seeking a Traffic & Production Coordinator to support our creative production process across photo and video shoots, print and post production, gifting and sampling, and more. In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Creative Production. As the backbone of production operations, you will support the logistics, organization, tracking, and process through the full production lifecycle.
The right person for this role has production or traffic management experience, and is meticulously organized with impeccable attention to detail, is adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment, and is a strong relationship-builder and communicator who at the end of the day, can get things done.

*Note: This remote role requires on-site presence in NYC 2-4 times per month, so we’re only considering candidates based in the NYC area.
we’ll count on you to
- Develop and track timelines for all production phases and milestones, from creative ideation to execution
- Monitor post timelines with retouchers and video editors, or their respective agents
- Provide support for shoots and activations, including negotiating and securing agreements for crew, talent, and locations, assisting with production orders including equipment, props, and catering, booking travel, distributing call sheets
- Coordinate calendars to schedule cross functional meetings
- Coordinate product and sample deliveries for shoots and gifting
- Maintain the organization of creative files on Dropbox server
- Track and submit invoices
- Have the ability to come meet in person in NYC to support projects or shoots 2-4x per month
this role is for you if
- You have 2+ years of in-house or agency experience in production coordination or traffic management for a creative brand
- You are located in the NYC area to support boots on the ground production needs
- You’re able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- You have impeccable attention detail & pride yourself on getting every little thing (and the big things) just right
- You have a track record of successfully meeting crucial deadlines and in general have a strong sense of urgency and are deadline driven
- You have strong problem solving skills – you think fast on your feet and can be scrappy, creative, and pivot when things don’t go as planned
- You are able to work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment and can work with a wide range of people, work styles, and personalities
- You have a knack for building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders – you know how to meet people where they are and connect
salary & benefits
- The compensation range for this role is a $60,000-$70,000 base depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility and company stock options.
