As a Test Publishing Administrator (Test Publisher) , you’ll apply your proven technical and organizational skills to build, review, and publish teacher assessment exams. You’ll support multiple projects simultaneously to meet client-driven deadlines in our collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Use proprietary and general use software and tools to build and publish computer-based tests according to client specifications
- Review tests to ensure that the exam output produced matches exam specifications
- Create and maintain documentation that reflects changes, revisions, and/or discrepancies between source materials and published test builds
- Track status of workload from initial assignment through delivery and ensure all internal and external deadlines are successfully met
- Package published test files and supplemental electronic materials for delivery to internal workgroups and external business partners
- Communicate test form usage plans with business partners to ensure appropriate content is delivered at test centers
- Work collaboratively with other workgroups, business partners, and vendors to successfully accomplish goals and meet client-driven deadlines
- Monitor processes for effectiveness and efficiency and recommend modifications, as appropriate
- Complete other administrative tasks and special projects, as necessary
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating efforts with others to meet shared goals
- Exemplary planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Some experience with HTML, XML, JAVA, or other scripting language preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and computer/internet-based navigation; ability to master new technology
- Experience with collaborative, team-based efforts
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
