Backend Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support and maintenance for our EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working collaboratively with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform), and external vendors.
System Optimization and Management:
Support implementation of new tools and platforms with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity.
Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations.
