Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, acting as the primary point of contact, and facilitating regular communication, collaboration, and joint planning.
Partnership Administration: Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of technology partnerships, including sales enablement, contract management, joint business/sales planning, and execution of partnership deliverables.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to enable them to effectively communicate the value proposition of joint solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with marketing and the learning team to provide the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell joint solutions, ensuring alignment with partner strategies.
Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with internal and partner stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap for each alliance, identifying potential integration points, joint offerings, and market expansion opportunities.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing existing partnerships and identifying new alliance prospects.
Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics related to partnership success, including revenue attribution and sales pipeline contribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various internal teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment of alliance initiatives with overall company goals.
Future Integration Strategy: Collaborate with partner and internal technical teams to strategize and explore future integration possibilities and alliance roadmap.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion through strategic alliances, partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations.
Qualifications:
– 10+ years of experience in technology alliance management, partnership coordination, or related roles within the networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure industry.
– Experience with Cisco Solution Plus and Cisco GPL (plus)
– Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive partnership strategy.
– Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
– Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth through alliance relationships.
– Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding business objectives and KPIs.
– Technical background with a solid understanding of networking technologies, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and related domains is a plus.
– Proficiency in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
