Technical Writer II

Anaconda is seeking a talented Technical Writer II to join our rapidly growing company. As a Technical Writer, you will bridge the gap between technical experts and end users by creating documentation that is informative, accurate, and easily understood. This role is crucial in ensuring that users can effectively use, troubleshoot, and understand the products and services they interact with.

What You’ll Do:

• Turn complex, technical information into simple, polished, engaging end-user documentation for new product launches and features

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts; attend weekly engineering ceremonies

• Complete writing assignments according to set standards around voice, clarity, conciseness, and style

• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content

• Gain deep understanding of products and services

What You Need:

• Proven abilities in writing technical content for both novice and experienced users

• Drive to research complex ideas until the concept is grasped; not afraid to ask questions

• Deep familiarity with JIRA, GitHub, and Git

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with various teams

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet assigned deadlines

• Initiative to take work on rather than await assignment
