We are hiring our first Sourcing Manager to build the sourcing engine for Gong’s talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for creating, launching and maintaining our sourcing strategy. Creatively leading the way in how we best hit our hiring targets with top talent, identifying trends and optimizing how we attract & engage talent across all hiring channels. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic programmatic build – reporting directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance our sourcing strategy, building a programmatic and scalable outreach strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and ensure a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with TA Leaders and Recruiters to forecast talent needs and refine sourcing plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide metrics analysis in partnership with TA Operations to support and measure the impact of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results.
  • Drive innovative sourcing methods by leveraging technology, AI tools, and social media platforms to reach passive candidates and niche markets.
  • Enable Recruiters and Hiring Managers – share best practices to improve their sourcing skills as they continue to build their own pipelines.
  • Develop a strong employer brand presence in talent communities through partnerships and multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive employer brands.
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze messaging performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a sourcing role; bonus if it was working with GTM teams.
  • 3+ years experience in program management or community building.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sourcing strategies in a high-growth environment, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with talent analytics tools and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects / programs simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the willingness to experiment with new approaches and tools in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 USD.
