As a strategic thought partner to the business, they will possess strong analytical and communication skills, allowing them to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. They will champion for Quince’s employer brand, effectively communicating the company’s mission, values, and unique value proposition to candidates. Lastly, they will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

Responsibilities

    • Conduct 150-200 quality outreaches weekly
    • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, etc. to build world class organizations; be a strategic thought partner
    • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
    • Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • 2+ years of in house sourcing experience at fast growth startups/early-mid stage companies
    • 2+ years of experience of agency recruiting experience
    • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to leadership-level positions
    • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
    • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
