Gametime is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our hiring efforts during a critical growth phase. This 3-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact by sourcing top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical roles. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively build diverse candidate pipelines and accelerate our hiring momentum. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is self-motivated, and brings a passion for finding exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality passive candidates.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to identify and engage talent.
- Craft personalized outreach messages and manage ongoing engagement with sourced candidates.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse and provide regular pipeline reporting.
- Contribute to building inclusive candidate pipelines with a strong focus on diversity.
- Collaborate with the talent team to support overall hiring goals and reduce time-to-fill.
Key Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Clear communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative team player who is comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Demonstrated ability to identify sourcing gaps and quickly pivot strategies.
- Data-driven mindset to assess sourcing effectiveness and optimize pipeline performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting roles, ideally within high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sourcing experience within tech or marketplace companies.
- Proven ability to build diverse pipelines quickly and effectively.
- Strong familiarity with Greenhouse and sourcing analytics tools.
Performance Metrics:
- Number of sourced candidates progressing to interview stages.
- Time-to-Engage and Time-to-Submit metrics.
- Hiring team feedback on candidate quality and communication.
