Reporting directly to the VP of HR, and working closely with the Director of HR, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play an integral role in running the daily functions of the HR department while achieving operational efficiencies. As a leader on the Talent Team, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional business leaders and other HR team members in sourcing and hiring talent for the organization. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously to develop sourcing strategies for positions from entry-level to leadership. You’ll inspire and align all HR Team members to drive an exceptional candidate experience in our interview and assessment processes. The scope of this role expands beyond strategic talent acquisition and includes other talent-related projects and work needed to support our evolving “people” journey.


    • Champion all aspects of the hiring process, from the content of job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and formulation of interview panels as well as candidate experience
    • Establish/maintain relationships with colleges/universities to promote Truveris as an employer of choice
    • Influence/deliver a full-cycle inclusive recruiting process from sourcing, and initial phone screens, to final stage negotiations and hiring to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
    • Identify coaching and awareness opportunities for interview panelists to provide candidates with a positive experience
    • Contribute and proactively influence hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to holistically provide a best-in-class experience
    • Partner and develop strong relationships with stakeholders to provide consultation on recruitment/interview strategies, ensure alignment on specifications for each role, and hiring best practices
    • Maintains current knowledge of business functions, talent mapping and pipelining for niche roles, plus headcount planning
    • Serves as a brand ambassador and participates in strategic diversity HR projects and staffing events
    • Support the evolution of Truveris Training programs through various means
    • Use reporting and metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes where applicable


    • Minimum of 4+ years of recruiting/HR experience.
    • Proven experience recruiting for all levels of positions within a hypergrowth, start-up, environment
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
    • Solid knowledge of all sourcing techniques including internet and social media
    • Experience with various ATS systems; Lever highly preferred
    • Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for posting jobs, Boolean searches, and sending InMails
    • High energy and action-oriented. A history of getting things done in complex environments. Someone who can influence others and implement change and standardize processes. Have the energy level and results orientation required to succeed in a high-growth company
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn software systems.
