Aula is the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for higher education.
We are building a community-first product that brings together students and educators in a digital environment to interact and collaborate.

As a Talent Attraction Lead you will lead all recruiting and help us achieve our mission of enhancing the way the world learns.
You will Lead recruitment of a diverse, world-class, remote talent as Aula doubles headcount in the next 12 months, from sourcing to closing, from headcount planning to candidate experience management. You will own every aspect of Aula’s recruitment efforts and empower our teams to build amazing teams.
- Empower hiring managers to grow headcount from 35 to 70 by EOY
- Own the project of recruiting 150 contractor learning designers by May 15 2021.
- Train our hiring managers to attract candidates we couldn’t otherwise reach.
- Build the operating model for Aula’s lean in-house talent function before we scale.
