We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern having previous experience with Talent Acquisition to join our team. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with aspects of the HR domain and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.

Your role as Talent Acquisition Intern will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks supporting our business and have the goal to ensure the recruitment processes and operations is running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Support our business leaders with their talent acquisition and recruitment needs
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is facilitated
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Support offboarding and conduct exit interviews

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience with Talent Acquisition
  • Understanding of general Talent Acquisition and HR policies and procedures
  • Interest in Technology
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Recruitment systems (e.g. Greenhouse) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
