We are looking for a detailed-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Team. As an integral member of the team, you will help manage the recruiting process, work closely with the hiring team across the organization, and ensure that our recruiting logistics and operations deliver an exceptional candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring teams to provide a high touch, quality candidate experience
  • Be responsible for seamlessly coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple searches
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with recruiting analytic reports and special projects
  • Work to continuously improve and build on our processes

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Have exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and detail orientation
  • Are interested in Talent Acquisition/HR

Bonus Points:

  • You have coordinating or recruiting experience
  • You have experience working with G-Suite and Greenhouse, or an alternative ATS
  • You have experience working in a start-up and/or healthcare environment

The base salary for the position is between $60,000 – $68,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
