As Bullhorn’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the Global Talent Acquisition team by providing support throughout the entire candidate journey. In addition, you will support our Global Talent Attraction efforts through virtual events, social media campaigns, and nurturing newsletters.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include:
Navigating a global internal interview team’s calendars and applicant availability to schedule a final panel interview
Managing our #LifeatBullhorn social media presence through engaging content and campaigns
Recommending and driving processes and documentation that continuously improve the candidate experience
Using your incredible attention to detail while working with an internal candidate and moving them through the interview process
Supporting our increasingly remote workforce with navigating the complexities of preboarding activities prior to Day One
Supporting the transition from candidate to a new employee through their onboarding process
This job might be for you if:
You have 1-3 years of experience working with HR or TA teams in a coordinator role.
You can think on your feet and work with a variety of stakeholders and personality types
You are organized, detail-oriented, responsive & flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
You are able to use your creative thinking to suggest ways to optimize our recruiting process and influence employee branding and candidate experience.
You have experience working with and managing calendars, preferably with G-Suite applications
Bonus points for:
