TeamSnap is looking for a Systems Specialist with innovative ideas and excellent analysis, communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a strategic thinker with expertise in various cloud computing technologies and SaaS providers, coupled with the capacity to customize cloud solutions to align with our company’s unique needs, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

What You’ll Do:

    • Performing app rationalization/assessments to prioritize essential system applications for optimization, taking into account business priorities, budget constraints, and other requirements
    • Creating comprehensive documentation and clear definitions for user access permissions, roles, and privileges within corporate systems
    • Troubleshooting user access issues, providing timely support, and resolving any system-related problems
    • Conducting regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
    • Evaluating and recommending SaaS solutions, integrations or automations to streamline processes and improve cross-system workflows
    • Managing the renewal of vendor contracts, verifying compliance and approval processes and coordinating software purchase requests
    • Keeping up with cloud technology trends and advancements

What Will Set You Up for Success:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Specialist or Analyst, particularly in SaaS and corporate systems
    • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing software applications and corporate systems
    • Strong knowledge of cloud computing technology, SaaS providers, and integration solutions
    • Hands-on experience with Okta SSO, Google, Sage Intacct, Salesforce
    • Hands-on experience with Device Management platforms such as JAMF, JumpCloud, InTune
    • Experience with vendor management and compliance
    • Skilled in conducting app rationalization assessments and prioritizing system apps
    • Demonstrated ability to define and document user access requirements, permissions, roles, and privileges
    • Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $90,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
🖥 Location
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
