Redpanda is searching for a Serverless Success Manager to catalyze the growth of our sales channel, playing a crucial role in powering our Field Sales organization. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your skills to connect with key decision-makers across targeted organizations, paving the way for our sales team to secure successful opportunities. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strategic approach to outbound sales, prospecting across various segments will be vital to expanding our footprint in the cloud data infrastructure space. You are uniquely positioned to enhance our lead generation and prospecting processes, ensuring Redpanda reaches its ambitious growth objectives.

You Will:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to grow Redpanda’s presence in the cloud marketplace
  • Drive growth in PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) and Commit account consumption, mirroring Redpanda’s strategy for customer expansion
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through diligent outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification efforts
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to enhance territory-wide growth and meet ambitious sales targets
  • Engage in sales enablement and training programs to deepen your understanding of Redpanda’s cloud products and their impact on our customers

You Have:

  •  At least two years of experience in outbound prospecting, working with/selling a complex solution and a proven track record of success and KPI achievement
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities and projects, demonstrating adequate time and resource management
  • Competitive yet collaborative, you’re driven by the desire to win while being a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely explain technical and non-technical concepts, particularly in articulating the value of complex cloud technologies to technical audiences
  • Passionate about your career growth; eager to learn and master the intricacies of Redpanda’s cloud solutions and market positioning

Nice to Have:

  • Kafka/Streaming experience
  • Experience with large scale data platforms
  • Experience with complex enterprise software implementation and upgrade management

U.S. base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000,
