The SuccessFactors Administrator is an important member of the Business Enablement team in the Information Technology department. This role works closely with the HRIS team to support the configuration & customization as well as the integrations to and from the HCM. You’ll also evaluate other HR software to integrate into the tech stack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys gathering requirements, designing solutions, troubleshooting, and working cross-functionally. You’ll also design and maintain solutions using the Integration Center/CPI.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SuccessFactors and SuccessFactors 3rd party integrations.
  • Provide controls for the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR and other PII compliance & security best practices and regulations
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party application integrations, and new SuccessFactors functionality tying technology together with HR and IT processes and operations
  • Build and maintain integrations with other systems requiring people data. Provide internal application support & training to SuccessFactors users
  • Interfaces with SuccessFactors software support on behalf of Optimizely users
  • Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, in compliance with legal and operational requirements
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate into operational solutions
  • Design process and change controls to maintain data integrity
  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and integrations in our company handbook
  • Prepare releases for rollout
  • Manages external resources to fulfill the above responsibilities

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors HCM administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments
  • CPI/Integration Center experience
  • REST/SOAP API experience
  • Knowledge of MS environment: integration between SAP SuccessFactors and AD; SAP to MS Teams
  • Writing user stories; gathering requirements
  • Successful project execution
