The Outreach Strategic Support Manager will work closely with our outreach, operations, clinical and marketing teams to develop and foster meaningful relationships with community providers in new and existing markets to support Octave’s growth and community engagement. This role will assist with referral opportunities in expanding states as well as key sales support activities including but not limited to physical and digital material development, CRM tools and processes, sales funnel management processes, account management processes, strategy and market planning analytics, and internal reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and manage performance metric reporting tools, conduct ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Market Analytics and Forecasting: Lead market analytics efforts, support sales pipeline expansion, and manage consumer insight initiatives.
- CRM Management: Serve as the CRM Champion, manage relationships within Salesforce, develop and execute email campaigns, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Data Management and Integration: Maintain accurate referral data, manage information integrity, and integrate data across systems.
- Content Development: Develop and design materials such as one-pagers, postcards, appointment cards, FAQ sheets, and referral forms.
- Digital Tools and Performance Metrics: Develop and manage customer-specific landing pages, QR codes, UTM links, and collaborate with Data and Product teams.
- Relationship Building and Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and establish meaningful relationships with community providers.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute effective events, including meet & greets and educational sessions, to enhance community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer 3 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or similar role.
- Prefer 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry is a plus.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in creating performance metrics and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in market research, forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
- Expertise in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and maintaining data integrity.
- Detail-oriented with experience in managing data across platforms like Google Sheets and Zendesk.
- Strong skills in creating compelling physical and digital marketing materials.
- Experience in managing digital tools and assessing product performance metrics.
- Proven ability to identify and engage high-value target provider groups and health systems.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in planning and executing engagement events.

- Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
