The Trading Product Specialist team at Addepar is a uniquely positioned group that supports products outside the Core platform. This role will focus specifically on the Addepar Trading platform. As a Trading Product Specialist, you will work closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to grow our Addepar Trading client base. This role requires a deep understanding of trading platforms, specifically rebalancing and order management systems. You will play a crucial role in selling, supporting, and problem-solving as the Addepar Trading platform continues to thrive and evolve.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $126,000 – $196,000 (base salary)  + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives & Account Managers to drive new and existing clients to purchase Addepar Trading
  • Work with Go To Market Enablement to educate client-facing teams on the Addepar Trading suite
  • Exceed concrete targets for activities such as client outreach and meetings, as well as sales results
  • Communicate market opportunities, product needs, and client feedback to inform the product roadmap and prioritize new initiatives
  • Educate the Sales & Client Management teams on successful use cases, wins, losses, and upcoming features and functionality in the product.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of applicable experience in finance-related industry or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, specifically rebalancing and order management systems
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a relentless drive for success
  • Effective collaborator with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to quickly build trust and strong relationships cross-functionally
  • Driven to exceed sales targets and work proactively to build a pipeline of Addepar Trading opportunities
  • Self-starter with strong analytical ability and an entrepreneurial approach
