About the Role
As a remote Technical Talent Partner, you’ll report to the Sr. Director of Talent manage end-to-end recruiting processes to provide high-quality and high impact results to grow the engineering organization.

What You’ll Do

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
    • Create strategic sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline
    • Provide high-touch, outstanding experience for candidates, hiring teams, and senior leadership
    • Achieve success through research, data, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
    • In-house and agency recruiting experience
    • Comfortable recruiting in a rapid pace environment
    • Consultative and relationship-motivated
    • Experience attracting passive candidates and building a diverse pipeline
    • Can manage expectations and hiring decisions
