Your role on the team is key to providing data-driven, actionable insights and analysis for critical decisions to optimize how we engage with our prospects and customers, and how we execute marketing campaigns. We have a passion for continuous improvement – and this role plays a key role in enabling our team to develop, execute and optimize a go-to-market strategy that is repeatable, sustainable, and scalable. The Senior Marketing Business Insights Analyst role will report to the Head of Data and Analytics and ensure marketing information is generated, cleansed, monitored, properly presented, and explained through reporting and analysis for effective decision-making at all levels of management, up to, and including, InStride’s Executive Leadership team. Embedded into the Growth team at InStride, you will monitor the integrity of our marketing analytics to ensure data accuracy while leading the creation of automated processes for the collection of insightful and actionable data. As a company in scaling mode, you will also be asked to identify and support growth related projects and data collection efforts that enable our analytic infrastructure. • Use your project management skills to gather our growth leaders’ (and their teams’) needs, collaboratively determine and deliver on priorities

  • Expand analytics capabilities to include multi-touch attribution and campaign ROI reporting
  • Oversee the development of interactive visuals and dashboards in the CRM and marketing analytics tools

  • Report on traditional and modern marketing KPIs and campaign performance, including email metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates), leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement, event registrations, among others
  • Incorporate, where appropriate, and develop predictive models to drive marketing campaign success
  • Ensure prospect/customer data integrity in our Customer Relationship Management System
