About You

  • You’re experienced. You have at least 7 years of total marketing experience with a proven track record in product marketing, most recently in B2B SaaS. You’ve had clear success developing and owning the go-to-market strategy through product-led and sales-led motions . You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable reviewing and analyzing data to glean insights and direction.
  • You’re a go-to-market pro. You craft value propositions and messaging that resonate with your target audience. You’re skilled at drafting product launch plans and working across multiple teams to bring products to market with measurable impact to customer awareness and adoption.
  • You are customer obsessed. You know your current and future customers better than anyone. You are comfortable with handling and analyzing data on a day-to-day basis. You are comfortable hopping on a call with a customer to interview, research, and even pitch new messaging or value. And you can translate your insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • You are a people leader. You enjoy and have a passion for managing and mentoring others. You have experience hiring, developing and leading teams of varying experience levels. You thrive at working with and influencing cross-functional peers and leaders.
  • You’re a highly effective communicator. Your voice is clear and persuasive regardless of the audience, channel, or format. You’re equally comfortable drafting executive briefings, developing pitch decks, crafting external product messaging for our customers, and everything in between.

 

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of high-performing product marketers; build a thriving team culture
  • Define buyers and their stakeholders within core audiences, articulating their needs and pain points and the top solutions that can deliver the most customer value
  • Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging for target builders and buyers across all channels
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans; including partnering up with marketing and sales to to deliver campaign, content, and sales enablement
  • Analyze performance metrics across the customer journey to determine where to focus our GTM strategy optimizations and marketing roadmap
  • Support the development of the annual product marketing plan, Upmarket company bet strategy, and marketing programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams
