As a Sr. HR Coordinator, you will create a world-class onboarding experience for new hires, continuously increasing onboarding eNPS and making an impact almost immediately after starting. Additionally, you will decrease corporate travel costs per person year over year by enrolling in business airline programs and managing travel requests within our T&E policies. You will also impact ticket response times for AskHR by setting and tracking SLA’s, automating responses, and updating corporate wiki articles to answer frequently asked questions. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from the office 3 days per week at our SF location (501 2nd Street).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for all team members, owning the HR ticketing system and office management responsibilities at our SF headquarters
- Streamline the onboarding and off-boarding of team members while increasing employee sentiment scores
- Ensure legal compliance by maintaining employee files, administering training programs, and preparing reports
- Own the company wiki on Google Sites, updating and maintaining company pages
- Administrator of travel and expense policy, ensuring compliance and reducing travel costs
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned by HR Director
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people regardless of rank and tenure.
- HR acumen. Understand the core principles of federal and state employment laws, benefits administration, employee engagement, and onboarding.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Able to operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- Data fluency. Ability to read, apply, create and communicate data into valuable information.
- High initiative and self-sufficiency. Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow. Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.

$55,000 – $80,000 a year
