We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Competitive Intelligence Analyst with a deep expertise in the information security industry, specifically within the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) subsector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a competitive intelligence role, possessing a thorough understanding of industry players and unique insights into competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities within the SIEM space.
- Build and manage a suite of competitive intelligence tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, engineering, research, product management, and other departments, to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Produce routine updates, detailed reports, and engaging presentations for C-level leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
- Lead initiatives to improve CI processes and methodologies across the organization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a competitive intelligence role, preferably within the information security industry.
- Deep understanding of the SIEM market landscape and key industry players.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $185,000 – $205,000 annually plus bonus/commission, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful
