CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce – Sales Operations to join our fast growing GTM Applications team. In this role, you will work closely with business partners to align technology solutions with business needs. Based on a deep understanding of the business, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and improving our Salesforce application. With your technical expertise, you will define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution. Our mission is to implement and optimize systems and applications that make it easier to do business at CrowdStrike.


About the Role:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute based on committed roadmap
  • Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Create and maintain project, application and architectural design documents and Salesforce development best practices.
  • Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the Experience, Sales Cloud, and related data across all applications
  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred but not required.
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the platform, eco-system and best-practices
