The Sr. Business System Analyst, Talent Solutions, supports the company by driving our Talent Acquisition Technology initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of global Talent Solutions workflows and processes. The Sr. Business System Analyst plays a vital role in partnering with our leaders, acting as a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition technology, and championing operational excellence across our platforms.

This role is additionally responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and maintaining a high standard of service desk management. The Sr. Business System Analyst reports to the Sr Manager, Talent Solutions, and partners closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage Talent Acquisition Technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Team Communications: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to navigate, influence and enable stakeholders to proactively create solutions within Talent Acquisition technology.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation, ensuring easy access to all project-related information and resources. Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Greenhouse Development and Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of opening requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage critical Talent experiences including but not limited to: Pre-onboarding tasks, offer management, onboarding, etc.
  • Service Desk Management: Oversee the management of the Recruiting Technology Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tickets and issues.
  • Shared Admin Responsibilities: Collaboratively manage Greenhouse and other talent acquisition tech tools, ensuring continuous support and coverage across the team
  • Change Control and Process Improvement: Ensure effective use of change control procedures to maintain control over project scope, schedule, and cost. Contribute to process improvement or re-engineering activities to enhance project delivery​
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Develop and implement risk management plans to avoid compromising project outcomes​
  • Training and Mentorship: Mentor, train, and develop other team members to build a high-performing team. Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth​

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, with a strong focus on platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, GoodTime, and similar talent acquisition tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and technologies, including Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience with service desk management and providing technical support for talent acquisition tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
