What You’ll Do Here


  • Assist with evolving/integration projects and process automation (i.e. data migration to Gainsight NetSuite).
  • Assist with sales tax audit.
  • Assist with sales tax filings and sales tax reconciliation.
  • Assist with cash application and credit memos, as needed.
  • Assist with close (including reconciliations, flux), as assigned.
  • Assist with intercompany accounting, as needed.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects, as assigned.
  • Assist with end-to-end billing cycle for Northpass subsidiary including:
  • timely invoicing of all subscriptions and MALs via NetSuite
  • liaise with Sales Team on amendment requests, process credits & rebills
  • manage AR inbox, assist clients with billing and credit card transaction issues
  • revenue flux analysis and deferred reconciliation.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting/Finance with 6+ years of experience, CPA is a plus.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have a combination of Big 4 public audit and industry experience.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and recent accounting trends.
  • Knowledge or background with SaaS business model preferred.
  • Good understanding of accounting for foreign exchange
  • Strong analytical skills and effective decision-making skills.
  • Maintain an unquestioned level of integrity, confidentiality and quality.
  • Skilled at working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with other departments and with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite required. NetSuite implementation experience desired.
  • Experience with Avalara required.
