To support continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the execution of digital marketing and email campaigns, working with leading digital marketing agencies on creation, execution and monitoring of results.
Position Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including paid search, display, email and paid social. Your goal is to help build a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified leads for our B2B sales team. You will consistently monitor and report on results and continually optimize our digital marketing efforts to ensure our programs are meeting the goals. Other responsibilities include lead reporting, platform and agency management and market research.
Work you’ll do:
In this role, you will 
Digital Campaign Management: Create and execute digital marketing initiatives, report on results and monitor lead progress for all digital marketing channels.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the demand generation and product marketing teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall demand generation strategy, as well as the company-wide GTM initiatives and product launch roadmaps.
Market Research: Collate market information and uncover hidden marketing opportunities to further optimize our demand generation and brand-building initiatives and influence our wider digital marketing campaign strategy.
The Team:
The candidate will report to the Sr Manager, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation and work alongside an event marketing manager and a newly formed global product and content team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in executing, managing and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns and initiatives is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google ads and LinkedIn ads is desired but not essential.
  • Experience in using analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Marketo and Salesforce is desirable.
  • Comprehend the various stages of the buyer’s journey in B2B markets.
  • Eligibility for this role, candidates in the UK or U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) zones will be given consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva is considered a plus.
  • French, Spanish, Italian, Korean or Japanese language skills are considered a plus.
Total Rewards: 
The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 USD per year. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. Who has access to data?
Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
We will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and we make you an offer of employment. We will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you, employment background check providers to obtain necessary background checks.
How does Panopto Global Ltd protect data?
We take the security of your data seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties.
For how long does Panopto Global Ltd keep data?
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, the organization will hold your data on file for 6 (six) months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. If you agree to allow us to keep your personal data on file, we will hold your data on file for a further 6 (six) months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed. You will be asked when you submit your CV whether you give us consent to hold your details for the full 12 months in order to be considered for other positions or not.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your Human Resources file (electronic and paper based) and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
• access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
• require the organization to change incorrect or incomplete data;
• require the organization to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and
• object to the processing of your data where Panopto Global Ltd is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.
