Moov is the payments processor devoted to delighting users. We help software companies add money movement to their products, letting the end-user drive how they pay and get paid.

We’re seeking an ambitious, curious and results-oriented individual with engineering expertise to drive revenue. In this role you’ll accompany account executives in seeking new customers through product demonstrations, lead technical discussions with prospective customers, liaise with product and engineering teams and assist the customer success team get up to speed with client requirements.

The responsibility of a Solutions Engineer is to not only prepare and execute presentations for prospects, but also explain our technical concepts while onboarding and implementing with customers to ultimately ensure they can find success with our platform.

You will:

  • Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
  • Work with prospect and internal product and engineering teams to ensure that they are able to successfully leverage our software for their use case
  • Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
  • Be a primary point of contact for product and engineering teams to understand market requests and feedback
  • Establish customer rapport
  • Assist resolution of prospect and customer bugs and feature requests by collaborating with the customer, support, customer success, product, and engineering
  • Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
  • Assist in driving product adoption and expansion of Moov’s use case with that customer

You have:

  • 2+ years of SaaS solutions engineer experience or software engineering experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in sales and the technology field
  • Experience with Financial Technology/Banking/Payment system (bonus)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.

Salary range: Total OTE $130k to $180k (70/30) based on experience, geography and other key factors
