The Solution Consultant in a GTM role is pivotal in driving the successful market adoption of SaaS solutions by aligning product capabilities with customer needs and market trends. The Solution Consultant is responsible for assisting our customers in the adoption and implementation of our solutions, ensuring customer needs are met and value delivered. Additionally, act as the central point of contact to cross-coordinate all GTM activities through the org (product, service and marketing) for the specified solution.


  • Be comfortable explaining complex subjects in a manner that makes them easily understood by non-technical people
  • Excel at self-managing time commitments, calendaring, and meeting preparatory work
  • Be very comfortable taking phone calls (very occasionally on an unscheduled basis), presenting, speaking in front of small to medium size groups, and traveling to onsite meetings
  • Be personable, engaging, energetic, friendly, and professional at all times
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends and customer needs to align the SaaS solutions with market demands.
  • GTM Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Solution Positioning: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target customer segments.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, knowledge, and materials to effectively sell the SaaS solution.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience from awareness to purchase and beyond.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy adjustments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years+ of experience in solution consulting, sales, or marketing within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with data, commerce, media and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment.
