Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the Kyriba Working Capital unique business value to a broad range of organizational and functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on professionalism and client service while continually learning and adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Lead the structuring of payables and receivables finance solutions for both banks and corporates, working closely with funders to meet client needs.
  • Build and expand our network of funders, delivering strategic partnerships that drive successful deal structuring and execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to enhance opportunity identification, prospecting and closing of working capital solutions, providing ongoing support in an overlay capacity.
  • Continuously evangelize Trade & Working Capital solutions across the organization, offering training and guidance to account management and other teams to ensure consistent product positioning and understanding.
  • Establish a feedback loop from client engagements to inform product development, ensuring solutions meet evolving client needs and market demands.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to help shape internal and external marketing strategies, aligning them with product enhancements and market positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze all of the customer level metrics (KPIs) and define/execute actions to improve performance.
  • Lead client conferences and user groups, sharing insights and strategies to drive product adoption and optimize client success.

 

Base compensation for this role is: $172,920.00 – $218,730.00 annual salary.
