    • Creating high-quality content that aligns with Luxury Presence’s brand and tone of voice, and drives results across team and company goals.
    • Multi-platform social media strategy planning
    • Consistent experimentation and exploration of new content types, messaging styles, and value delivery methods (a cut-and-paste, auto-pilot content calendar isn’t going to work here)
    • Thoughtful analysis of social media performance metrics for the purposes of quick iteration, team reporting, and future strategy
    • Out-of-the-box thinking and a high drive to find alternative, novel solutions to problems

You have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience successfully working remotely
    • 5+ years experience working as a social media manager, strategist, and content creator
    • Expert-level experience creating visual-first, storytelling content
    • Specific experience developing audiences across social media platforms
    • Expert-level understanding of the specific metrics that grow an audience in both size and engagement and the ability to gather, interpret, and create action from those metrics
    • Previous success working in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Enthusiasm, a competitive spirit, a friendly and professional disposition
    • Bonus points for hands-on knowledge and experience in graphic design, video production, or photography
    • Major bonus points for knowledge of the real estate industry and real estate professionals

You command:

    • A clear, concise ability to convey a message and motivate action through written content
    • An ability to organize multiple, complex projects, prioritizing as necessary
    • An ability to collaborate with multiple team members, across multiple teams, on multiple topics
    • The confidence to make quick, thoughtful decisions
    • The ability to work independently with little or no oversight
