Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead a social media strategy across various platforms, aligned with company goals to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Create custom social media videos in various lengths, specifically designed for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. These videos should effectively highlight key content themes and support marketing objectives, ensuring each piece is platform-appropriate and engaging.
  • Focus on audience growth, organic social campaigns, and establishing repeatable editorial formats to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Design and implement an employee advocacy program to enhance brand representation across various channels.
  • Create entertaining video content that people want to share. You’re comfortable in front of the camera, have a knack for storytelling, and enjoy editing videos to be entertaining and educational.
  • Lead the development and production of video content and series specifically designed for social media platforms.
  • Manage external parties such as social freelancers, contractors or agencies to expand your impact.
  • Partner closely with teams across GTM to understand strategy and priorities, and support those through social content.
  • Manage budget and suggest resources to champion continuous improvement.
