We are looking for a Contract-to-Hire SEO Manager to drive SEO strategy and growth across our portfolio of clients. This person will identify, prioritize and execute SEO strategies, working with internal and external development teams to provide solutions. Role and Responsibilities

    • Lead SEO strategy development and execution for end-to-end funnel conversions and growth of Organic Search KPIs at scale
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for omni-channel client success and showcase synergies with digital marketing, product, and design teams
    • Take a data-driven approach to measuring ROI of SEO strategies across business core KPIs, leveraging reporting visualization and automation platforms
    • Perform and present comprehensive technical, competitive, local, app, and content SEO audits leveraging various SEO tool sets
    • Present to key internal and client stakeholders, curating the content to the audience and translating highly technical SEO concepts to business core objectives
    • Manage project and client deliverables within project management platforms such as Jira
    • Develop SEO functional specification requirements for technical SEO enhancements, partner with developers to implement, QA, and UAT technical updates
    • Stay ahead of digital marketing and SEO industry trends, tools, and innovations to evolve SEO practices and educate internal teams and external clients
    • Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to develop process efficiencies such as data APIs, scripts, AI, and advanced Excel capabilities
    • Conduct comprehensive keyword, competitive, and content analyses in partnership with Paid Search for a unified and optimized search strategy

Preferred Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience and proven track record of driving SEO KPI growth through comprehensive strategies at scale for enterprise-level brands
    • Relevant certifications and 3+ years experience working with SEO platforms such as SEMRush, aHrefs, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Lumar (formerly DeepCrawl), Yext, Lighthouse, and Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
    • Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
    • An analytical mindset; experience leveraging cutting-edge technologies, AI, scripts, and automation tools to take a data-driven approach to measuring SEO ROI
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience preferred
