Senior Technical Product Manager

Lula is a Series A, VC-backed insurtech startup based in Miami, FL, US rethinking how insurance is priced, sold and managed to align with modern asset utilization. We identify as a tech company firstly (and secondly) and insurance company thirdly. Our ultimate goal is to “upgrade the pipes”of the insurance industry so that companies can integrate insurance into their business as easily as they integrate payment processing. What you’ll be doing:

• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the LULA Risk Assessment product, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap
• Build domain expertise in the insurance industry to deeply understand our platform users’ needs by spending time with platforms, customers, sales, and support, and by observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market
• Define OKRs and set the pace, prioritization and execution for the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations
• Work closely with Marketing, developer relations & developer marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption

What you’ll bring:

• Brings 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management role
• Has partnered closed with engineers and designers to build products (especially front end surfaces) and complex systems at scale
• Has an obsession with product quality and an eye for design
• Understands importance of Compliance and Security as it relates to the product led development
• Understanding of various compliance needs (GDPR, DOC@, CCPA, FCRA/CRA)
• Has the ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
• Brings a desire for continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
• Comfortable with complex ecosystem and system level problems
