You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sourcing strategies, ensuring we partner with suppliers who align with our mission to empower creativity and innovation on the web.
In this role, you’ll join a dynamic and forward-thinking procurement team that is integral to Webflow’s growth and success. - The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Zone A: $110,000 – $147,500
- Zone B: $103,000 – $138,500
- Zone C: $97,000 – $130,000

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll …
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives across various categories to support the company’s objectives.
- Manage the sourcing process, including identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their sourcing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead market analysis efforts to understand trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function to enhance processes, tools, and supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on sourcing best practices and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.
- Manage the supplier selection process, including RFPs, RFQs, and bid evaluations.

About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist if you have:
- 4-6 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in a high-growth business environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with sourcing and procurement technology systems (e.g. Zip, Ironclad)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to support sourcing strategies and contract negotiations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
