The Senior Revenue Systems Administrator will be responsible for administration of our core marketing & partnerships revenue technology platforms. Made up of one part IT geek and one part integrated marketing expert, this hybrid role bridges the gap between the technical and marketing strategy giving us the foundation to execute groundbreaking communications. You will serve as the super user, product evangelist and resident expert on the technical aspects of a set of technology and will ensure the tools are working proficiently to meet GameChanger’s marketing and partnership objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for marketing and partnership systems implementation, maintenance and optimization including but not limited to Braze, HubSpot and AppsFlyer
- Partner with data and product engineering to build and maintain existing and new systems
- Create, manage, and document system processes and train all users on best practices
- Maintain and refine core items like user management, legal compliance, data integrations, properties, and workflows
- Execute marketing and partnership campaigns and strategies in platform
- Manage list and data uploads according to campaigns requirements
- Listen to internal teams pain points, identify and prioritize enhancements for core marketing systems & technology
- Drive cross-platform integrations and partner with other system administrators and internal data teams
- Be responsible for all data security and governance coming in and flowing out the the revenue systems
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue and system administration
- You hold a degree in marketing, computer science, business or related field
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing and sales automation or other marketing technology (Braze and HubSpot preferred)
- Demonstrated experience using technology & marketing expertise to drive process and performance improvements
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- You possess a high attention to detail, with a positive can-do attitude
- You have a strong desire to grow and learn
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a proven ability to deliver messages in a manner that is clear, effective and engaging to team members at all levels of the organization

The target salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000
