As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll be instrumental in tackling critical challenges to elevate our sales leaders’ performance. You’ll ensure our sales professionals, from leadership to Account Development Representatives (ADRs), are equipped with a cutting-edge sales methodology and coaching program . Your work will directly impact sales efficiency, close rates, and overall revenue growth in the dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

What You’ll Do

    • Develop and Implement Sales Methodologies: You’ll lead the creation and evolution of a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to the Red Canary’s business model. You’ll then roll out engaging training programs on this methodology to all revenue-generating teams ensuring consistent adoption and application throughout the sales cycle.
    • Design & Execute Sales Leader Enablement: You’ll build and manage a best-in-class new hire onboarding  and ongoing enablement programs specifically for sales leaders, accelerating their ramp-up and effectiveness.
    • Foster a Coaching Culture: You’ll architect and facilitate a robust coaching program for sales leaders, providing them with the tools and skills to effectively coach their teams. Your efforts will promote a strong, pervasive culture of continuous coaching across the entire revenue organization, emphasizing feedback, development, and skill refinement.
    • Define and Track Key Performance Metrics: You’ll identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of all your enablement initiatives.
    • Create Practice & Reinforcement Opportunities: You’ll design and facilitate interactive practice opportunities for sales leaders to reinforce learning and build confidence with their teams.

What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a senior sales role.
    • A proven track record of successfully developing, implementing, and measuring sales methodologies and sales leader  enablement programs.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Expertise in sales coaching frameworks and a genuine passion for fostering a coaching culture.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify key metrics, interpret data, and drive informed decisions.
    • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, product, and HR.
    • Experience working in a cybersecurity organization.
    • Certifications in recognized sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Miller-Heiman, Sandler) or coaching.
The targeted base salary for this role is $99,361- $150,000 per year. This role is also eligible for participation in the company’s bonus program. The application deadline is June 26th, 2025.
