Quince is seeking a Sr. Recruiter who will work closely with our US hiring managers to source, attract and hire top talent for the company.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as a thought partner to US leadership and hiring teams by assessing business needs and providing guidance on recruitment strategy
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth and bespoke candidate experience
    • Source top talent through varied sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking and outbound recruiting
    • Identify and track particularly strong talent within the retail and particularly e-commerce space who have backgrounds in high-scale merchandising, logistics/operations and marketing functions
    • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
    • Provide clear and timely communication to both candidates, hiring managers and various other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
    • Drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates and be a strong relationship builder
    • Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and your craft
    • Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks
    • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline from various channels, passively sourced, networking and referrals
    • Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team and share knowledge and best practices
    • Be culture carrier/warrior for Quince, you are the front line of course!

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
    • 2+ years focus on hiring specifically for performance marketing, growth, brand, creative related roles
    • Prior experience working at or for companies with retail operations or tech
    • Proven ability to act as a through partner; ability to influence hiring managers with a point of view based on market research and expertise
    • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes
    • Extreme comfortability working in an extremely high growing, fast paced technology business
    • Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
    • Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
    • Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
    • Unmatched communication skills + ruthless ability to prioritize competing needs
