In this role, you can expect to:
- Establish and lead a standardized project management framework and methodology across the organization
- Serve as a project leader, program manager, and portfolio manager, ensuring successful project delivery
- Collaborate across verticals to align project priorities and drive organizational success
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their project management skills and capabilities
You are a good fit if you have:
- Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in establishing and implementing project management best practices and methodologies
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and programs
- Proven experience in managing projects within the data and analytics domain
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
You’ll have an edge if you have:
- Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in managing projects related to AI and machine learning
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting for projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD
