  • Leverage AI and automation to reimagine candidate experience, recruiter effectiveness, and hiring decisions—turning bold ideas into practical, impactful solutions.
  • Use data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement improvements that strengthen decision-making, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Build trusted, cross-functional partnerships by aligning priorities and uniting stakeholders across technical teams, recruiting leaders, operations, and other functions.
  • Own vendor relationships across the tech stack, partnering with customer success managers to anticipate product roadmaps and releases, resolve issues proactively, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that deliver actionable insights.
  • Design recruiting technology solutions that scale across geographies and deliver consistent value worldwide.
  • Establish metrics, track adoption, and share progress with senior leadership while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
