This role will work cross functionally to support the implementation and management of our quote to cash process. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing scalable processes to ensure accuracy, and completeness, within our Quote-to-Cash infrastructure. You’ll work with stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales and Account Management to design and optimize systems and processes to accelerate deal approval and processing for billing and revenue recognition.

This role will also work closely with our Salesforce admins, architects, and developers to ensure technical implementation aligns with specific business requirements. As the Program Manager, Quote to Cash, you will oversee implementation of controls for IPO readiness as well as ensuring an excellent user experience for our internal teams.

Job Description:

  • What You’ll Do
    • Oversee all aspects of project coordination including; managing timelines, gathering requirements, UAT, quality assurance, training, and stakeholder engagement.
      • Communicate project goals, timelines, and outcomes to business stakeholders and revenue operationss leadership.
      • Meet with stakeholders across finance, AR, sales, and revenue operations to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into specific deliverables.
      • Work with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into tangible solutions.
      • Partner with our Enablement team in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.

    • Work closely with third-parties supporting the implementation of a new Quote-to-Cash infrastructure.
    • Work closely with Order Management and Deal Desk functions to ensure quote-to-cash processes.
    • Ensure accuracy of all commercial data and contracts within our Quote-to-Cash infrastructure.
    • Work cross functionally to develop processes & policies, tools, and training.
    • Diagnose and resolve order issues escalated by Finance, and develop long-term solutions to prevent issues from recurring.
    • Proactively identify gaps within our internal systems and processes; working with finance, legal, and sales to align how to best solve.

Technical/Admin Responsibilities

    • Experience with Salesforce CRM required
    • Experience working with a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) or Quote-to-Cash (QTC) system required

Who you are:

  • At least 5+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization and owning the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Experience optimizing and rolling out new technology, workflows, and processes within a sales organization.
  • Has built a business case and gathered requirements across multiple departments (sales, finance, marketing, GTM, or legal).
  • Deep understanding of how to assess and set targets or KPIs for a specific business case.
  • Experience with ideation; ideally working directly with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into tangible solutions.
  • Sets specific timelines and knows how to align resources to delivering against those timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience delivering change within Salesforce and working with tools which are integrated with Salesforce.

Base Compensation Range*:   $130,000-$150,000
