Senior Program Manager, Intentional Gathering

Etsy is looking for a forward-thinking, organized, and friendly Intentional Gathering Senior Manager to join our Workplace team. The Workplace team supports and responds to the changing needs of our business partners; and the Gathering team is crafting and implementing programs and processes that bring our highly distributed workforce together with intention. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from a traditional Workplace role into a role that also includes strategy, process design, communications, and planning.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Intentional Gathering and the base salary range will be 100,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn office in an in-person or flex capacity. What does the day-to-day look like?

• Act as main point of contact and liaison to primary ‘client’ for each gathering for your orgs and groups
• Design, operate and iterate the systems, processes and artifacts that enable gatherings with an eye to incremental and iterative process improvements
• Solicit feedback and analyze findings to inform future strategy
• Coordinate and compile reports and feedback for sharing with key partners and internal clients
• Build credibility and establish rapport with people at multiple levels, from the C-suite to the team level
• Drive decision making to adhere to workback schedule to enable and implement gatherings
• Ensure that our team delivers a seamless and cohesive gathering experience to the end user(s)

Qualifications

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

REQUIRED

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar function with partners at all levels across the business
• Outstanding relationship-building and partner management skills
• Operational attitude with proven experience in project management and execution and stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to zoom out and keep competing priorities moving forward
• Ability to maintain focus and calm as priorities shift
• Demonstrated success with simultaneously balancing long-term projects and daily tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a superpower for organization
• Have a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves and get the work done approach

PREFERRED

• Experience with Mac products and Google Workplace, bonus points for experience with ZenDesk
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
• Experience in event planning and logistics
