Celigo’s Product Operations team is hiring an experienced Connector Operations Manager to head our connector program. This is a high-profile role, with an opportunity to directly impact Celigo’s success. This role reports to the Director of Product Operations. At Celigo, the Product Operations team is responsible for defining, managing, and enabling of all processes and tools, to enable effective and smooth product management, and an efficient product development life cycle. It is our mission to increase our Product teams’ efficiency, and enable data-driven product development.

You will be responsible for guiding the connector lifecycle in close collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Engineering. This involves coordinating efforts across teams to bring new connectors to market. This also entails tracking key metrics and reporting on program progress and success to stakeholders at all levels, risk mitigation and management, resolving execution issues, and removing roadblocks. You will play a key part in driving growth into new ecosystems, building partnerships with ISVs, and unlocking integration between Celigo and new applications and platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaboratively oversee the development and delivery of connectors, aligning with GTM priorities and strategic initiatives, in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the connector acceleration initiatives to increase output and velocity, working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure a high quality level of Celigo’s connectors.
  • Manage business relationships with technical partners and ISVs.
  • Procure access to developer accounts to enable connector development, and acquire marketplace listing approvals.
  • Own the process to manage and monitor 3rd party API changes, to ensure continued connector support.
  • Partner with Alliance managers to unlock new strategic ecosystems for Celigo to help shape the next level of growth.
  • Play a pivotal role in managing the connectors as products, guiding the entire connector lifecycle in collaboration with product owners.
  • Analyze and report on connector status and success through tracking of key metrics and KPIs.
  • Communicate regularly on program status to the company, Executive team, and other stakeholders, using hard data and metrics.
  • Establish and implement program processes and best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities, and drive growth initiatives for connectors.
  • Run the connector beta program.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience, as a Program Manager or related role, in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B product company.
  • Good understanding of APIs, data mapping, and integrations.
  • Team leader experience, leading software programs in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B product company.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, respecting different roles and contributions in the product ecosystem.
  • A strong drive and ability to handle multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Very strong communication skills, ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on point.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to gather key information and form meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and good understanding of the product development lifecycle, SDLC, CICD.
  • Project delivery experience from working with multiple, disparate projects and/or stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with multiple functions in a product organization, including Engineering, Design, Documentation, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Pay Scale Information

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $130,000 and $150,000 for this position.  Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
