Drata is looking for an experienced, B2B Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This person will be a key, cross-functional member of the team and should have experience in market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for SaaS solutions. We’re looking for someone who will bring a customer first perspective to all company programs and initiatives and be able to expertly communicate across Drata’s business and technical teams. We pride ourselves on doing more with less, and will look for someone to match (or better yet, exceed) our ability to operate and execute swiftly in the weeds while also zooming out to plan long-term strategy. This role will report to Drata’s Director of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for Drata, including new product launches and key feature rollouts
  • Measure success of go-to-market initiatives & build experimentation plans to continuously improve the program
  • Compile and assimilate sales, engineering, customer, competitive, technical, and industry insights to develop a strong understanding of client needs, pain points, and market alternatives
  • Develop market segmentation, customer personas, positioning, and key product messaging
  • Analyze/synthesize customer feedback and insights in partnership with PM team for integration into product strategy & roadmap
  • Develop a comprehensive set of tools and collateral for sales and customer success working in partnership with enablement team

What you bring: 

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS products
  • Strong technical Product Marketing experience
  • Experience in the security, risk and/or compliance space highly preferred
  • Pricing and packaging experience is desired but not required
  • Entrepreneurial with a GSD (get s*** done) attitude
  • Top-notch communicator and storyteller with a penchant for translating technical content into customer-focused materials
  • Savvy market research capabilities to gather, analyze, and disseminate key information and recommendations across an organization
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet swift deadlines

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. 

Tier 1: $145,350 – $179,550 

Tier 2: $130,815 – $161,595

Tier 3: $116,280- $143,640
