We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Sales to bring effective solutions to market and build the positioning that drives adoption. This role will support our catering partner side of the business by bringing products and services to market that help our partners grow their businesses and make the ordering experience successful for both customers and partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies inclusive of pricing, naming, positioning, packaging, and selling of our existing product suite and new products/features that will be developed.
  • Create concise, easy to understand messaging and assets.
  • Own internal communication of product launches to ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market, including our competitors and their offerings, and document for internal stakeholders. Use this to create compelling positioning, sales playbooks and battle cards.
  • Partner with Product Managers to bring new products and features to market that solve customer pain points and strengthen our position in the market.
  • Provide enablement tools and support to our sales teams to enhance their conversations. Work with Brand and Creative to build customer-facing decks, 1-pagers and other collateral, and develop case studies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current and potential target customers — their pain points, their needs — and learn to speak their language.
  • Be data-driven and use this to strengthen our positioning.

What You Have:

  • 6 – 8 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably with experience working in B2B SaaS models working closely with sales teams. Experience should include building successful go-to-market strategies, rolling out new positioning and packaging, and creating data rich collateral
  • Communication skills that allow you to gain buy-in for go-to-market strategies across stakeholders and executive teams. Capable of making thoughtful presentations backed by research.
  • A desire to learn everything there is to know about the needs of our customers and figuring out how to best build solutions for them and communicate our value to them.
  • Experience in competitive and industry research and a history of using that knowledge to create compelling positioning strategies for your products.
  • The ability to “just figure things out” and invent whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create sales presentations, reports and to create materials that are clear yet concise. Must be able to write creative briefs that are thorough and easy to understand.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $124,000-$177,000 annually.*
