Senior Product Manager, GRC

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Vanta’s reporting product and the tools that help enterprises prioritize their efforts to stay secure and compliant. You will dive deep into the security and compliance space and develop innovative products to make it easier, faster, and delightful for Vanta’s customers to achieve their business goals.

You’ll join a small and growing team of PMs and will play a critical role in shaping Vanta’s product strategy and product team culture. If you are a builder of customer-delighting products who thrives while having impact at a high-growth company, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager at Vanta:

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for your product area
• Deeply understand our customers and our market, to build solutions addressing key pain points and opportunities for competitive advantage
• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
• Help to define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow

How to be successful in this role:

• Have 4+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with GTM to understand our competitive landscape and what enterprises need to effectively operate a scaled security and compliance program
• Systems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
• Have prior experience in the security and compliance space or an interest in learning about security

• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
