We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic startup team. This role is ideal for a individual who is excited about finance and takes interest in distilling complex concepts into intuitive, user-centered products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, from conception to launch.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of new features and improvements for our digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance existing products and inform new ones.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

🙌 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Track record of building processes from zero to one and implementing them
  • Customer-first driven thinking
  • Strong cross team collaborator, both speaking and especially writing (since we are remote)
