Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our global Payroll team. The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing all payroll related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all payrolls. In addition, this role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing: funding of 401k,HSA,FSA benefits and taxes; ad hoc reporting and Finance support.

YOU WILL

• Ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing in Workday for approximately 350+ US employees, which includes both salaried and hourly (timesheets)
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in ADP Streamline for approximately 3-5 Canadian employees
• Ensure accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions using WD payroll
• Meets all government reporting requirements, regulation and compliance for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions
• Assist employees to resolve issues relating to Workday and other payroll inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with payroll accounting journal-entries and perform monthly payroll-account reconciliations
• Familiar with incorporating income and tax impact of equity transactions within payroll
• Special projects, ad-hoc reports as needed

THE SKILLSET

• 5+ years multi-state payroll experience
• Regulatory payroll knowledge
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Good payroll auditing techniques via reports and experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to listen attentively, adhere to tight-deadlines, multi-task, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standard of ethics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Workday Payroll Experience a must
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
