As Vitable’s first Partnerships Manager, you’ll build our partnership function from the ground up — designing the strategy, identifying key markets, and executing deals that unlock new distribution channels. You’ll own relationships across franchise groups, payroll and PEO partners, and marketplace ecosystems that reach the small-business and service-sector employers we serve.

Your work will directly fuel our sales pipeline — generating qualified partner agreements and long-term revenue growth opportunities for the broader team to deliver on.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy: Design and operationalize Vitable’s partner acquisition playbook for home health franchises, payroll/PEO providers, and marketplace collaborations, and develop other channels as you see opportunity.

  • Source & Close New Partners: Identify, qualify, and secure high-value partnership agreements that align with Vitable’s target markets and growth objectives.

  • Build Foundational Systems: Establish scalable processes, templates, and metrics to track performance, forecast revenue impact, and ensure partner success.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to hand off warm opportunities, support co-marketing efforts, and maintain alignment on targets.

  • Negotiate & Manage Deals: Communicate value effectively, negotiate win-win agreements, and ensure seamless execution from initial outreach through signed contracts.

  • Optimize & Grow: Continuously analyze results, refine tactics, and scale the partnership program for sustained performance and measurable impact.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales, ideally within healthcare, benefits, SaaS, or B2B services.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing partnership programs that drive revenue and pipeline growth.

  • Experience engaging with franchise networks, payroll/PEO ecosystems, or B2B marketplace platforms is a major plus.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — creative, driven, resourceful, and eager to build from scratch.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and change.
