We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Senior Manager, YouTube Partnerships who is passionate about the YouTube space and building strong relationships with creators to lead overall program strategy, manage and develop key agency and in-house partner relations for our YouTube & Video team.

This role is equal parts strategy, relationship building, analytics and creativity. We’re looking for someone who can successfully navigate through a high volume of critical (and often, shifting) needs, while not skipping a beat – we expect this person to have a growth-oriented mindset with the readiness to influence our program and have a strategic impact from the very beginning.

The key component of this role will be to ensure the program scales quickly with a focus on new customer acquisition, sharing insights with the broader team and elevating our YouTube presence to empower the lives of millions of people around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead initiatives and strategy to drive scale in spend and business growth of AG1’s YouTube program, working closely with leadership to inform overall budget, priorities, partner management and testing strategy.
  • Own agency relationships. This includes managing existing agency relationships and optimizing their performance and growth impact.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our in-house program, working with peers in sourcing new partners to test, exchanging applicable learnings and keeping up with ever-changing industry trends.
  • Own and communicate performance updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, working closely with leadership to inform short and long-term decisions, measuring against aggressive growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conduct deep dives using multiple data reference points to inform overall campaign strategy and share learnings with the growth team.
  • Help establish a stronger connection between areas of the growth team by working with multiple teams and stakeholders in the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with other functions of the growth team.
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities to grow new or existing areas of the program, drive innovation and proactively look for opportunities to influence the YouTube advertising landscape.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of Influencer Marketing in influencer media buying, with a proven track record of partner/talent-facing experience and working with marketing budgets to drive measurable results.
  • 4+ years of YouTube Influencer Marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Extremely strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • An experienced negotiator with the ability to build and manage a test pipeline, optimize performance based on analytical insights and constantly challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable with reading and developing contracts.
  • A complete understanding and passion for all things YouTube and the ability to connect with creators on a personal level to deliver best-in-class partnership experience.
  • A true leader and innovator in the sphere of relationship building and persuasion, capable of influencing key stakeholders in the space to drive business growth.
  • Previous experience in managing a portfolio of partners is a must.
  • Highly analytical, critical thinker who is not afraid to take ownership and bring a perspective to the table.
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics side of influencer marketing partnerships.
  • Proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs and Sheets), Data tools and comfortable in keeping track of performance metrics to inform broader decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to pay attention to details, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to lead with proactivity.
  • You take ownership of what you do, learn from your experiences and hold yourself accountable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in the business.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000 – $135,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
